Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs supporting AI-powered and security-focused products and capabilities.
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to translate technical roadmaps into executable program plans.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to plan and execute successful launches.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications across teams.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks.
Ensure cross-functional and go-to-market readiness.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Analyze post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present executive-level updates.

Requirements

5+ years of program/project management experience.
Experience in technical product environments (SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or similar).
Strong business and technical acumen.
Experience influencing in matrixed organizations.
Strategic planning and execution skills.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
