Work directly with customers throughout their design, development, and deployment process via email, phone & on-site visits to ensure VectorNav's products solve their navigation needs
Create and improve tools to better enable customers (eg. software, reference designs, application notes)
Attend trade shows and customer visits with sales team to interface with potential customers and determine the fitness of VectorNav's systems in their application
Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback to improve VectorNav hardware and software products
Interface with sales and production teams to ensure a quality customer experience throughout the product life-cycle
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering (Master's preferred)
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Background in or experience working with inertial navigation systems, GPS/GNSS technology, modern estimation (particularly Kalman filters), and/or modern controls
Experience working with or troubleshooting hardware and electronics (especially robotics, UAV’s, gimbal systems and/or other end applications common to VectorNav customers)
Familiarity with Matlab, C/C++, Python or other software languages
