About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through current customers by upselling and cross-selling Vectors EHS Software
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting our software's key advantages, features, and value propositions
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition
  • Communicate with customers to identify and understand the issues they are trying to address; identify and suggest solutions to meet those needs
  • Demonstrate and clearly differentiate Vector Solutions products from the competition, focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
  • Work collaboratively with existing B2B sales teams to leverage resources
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience within the EHS industry and/or with EHS SaaS products
  • Familiarity with EHS systems preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales process
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
