About the role
- Drive strategic growth within the multifamily housing and property management sector.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients.
- Meet established sales quotas through a combination of individual sales production and supporting local branch teams.
- Assist in system design by recommending the best solutions for the application.
- Build and maintain client relationships by staying engaged with customers with any product updates and system/account reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years sales experience - required.
- Enterprise or large commercial sales experience - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily industry products / services - preferred.
- Demonstrated success in historical sales capacity.
- Ability to present complex integrated enterprise solutions that are common in the Multifamily environment as well as conduct branch trainings.
- Must be able to close proposals at a rate deemed acceptable by management, overcome objections, have strong negotiation skills, and manage longer sales cycles.
