Technical Product Manager

• Collaborate with PLM to shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Map short-term Features to releases and manage the creation of those releases
• Translate product requirements into clear and actionable backlog items that are prioritized for development work
• Participate in Scrum Events including Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews
• Foster built-in quality and technical agility
• Evaluate the product increment after each Sprint and provide input to determine whether the Development Team has met the definition of “done”
• Update delivery dates for defined releases based on progress at the end of each Sprint
• Build and maintain a relationship with stakeholders and customers, as necessary
• Clearly communicate development goals, status, and business objectives between the Scrum Team and Stakeholders
