About the role

  • Responsible for planning, managing and delivering strategic transformation projects with a focus on digitization, IT and organizational development
  • Take strategic and operational leadership of key projects and own budget planning, budget controlling and the assurance of deadlines and quality standards
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholders across different hierarchy levels
  • Analyze complex structures and develop efficient, tool-supported solutions for process optimization and automation

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digital Management, Business Administration, Media Management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience managing complex projects in the context of organizational development and/or migration/replacement of IT systems
  • Proven track record in delivering digital transformation projects and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Confident use and application of common project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Strong competencies in process and workflow analysis
  • Business-fluent German, spoken and written
