About the role
- Research and evaluate innovative topics and trends for the content of the offerings portfolio.
- Conceptualize conferences and new, innovative formats for technical specialists and leaders.
- Proactive communication with stakeholders and representation of the company.
- Acquisition of high-profile experts and speakers.
- Work in interdisciplinary project teams and support the marketing of the events portfolio.
- Freedom to test new ideas and formats.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, social sciences, engineering, or humanities (Master’s or Diplom/Magister).
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product or project management or business development.
- Experience conceptualizing and executing in-person, digital, or hybrid formats.
- Experience approaching and recruiting high-level speakers and stakeholders.
- Skilled in working in project-based, cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing and sales units.
- Enthusiasm for future technologies and a keen sense for innovative topics.
- Independent working style with responsibility for own projects.
