About the role
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- HR certification is preferred
