About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes: align candidate profiles with hiring managers, open requisitions, post vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment stages and manage offers.
- Publish and manage job openings on designated channels, ensuring consistent communication, deadlines and an organized pipeline.
- Assess candidates for competencies and cultural fit, ensuring quality and agility in decision-making.
- Monitor and consolidate Attraction & Selection metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion per stage, sources, reasons for rejection/decline), producing inputs for continuous improvement.
- Support probation period management with structured checkpoints and provide guidance to leaders for consistent, predictable decisions.
- Support onboarding: organize the entry journey, coordinate communication with involved teams, prepare the first-day agenda and follow up during the initial weeks.
- Provide support for internal People & Culture initiatives, contributing to rituals, internal communication and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, managing stages and offers).
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, stage conversion rates, candidate sources, acceptance rate).
- Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy or similar) for creating, posting and managing the pipeline.
- Good organization using everyday tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with management and routine tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Notion or similar).
- Preferred: intermediate spreadsheet skills for tracking and metrics.
- Organizational skills and a sense of priority to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with leaders and candidates.
- Systems thinking to understand context, area, urgency and the impact of hires on the business.
- Analytical ability to read pipeline data, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Proactivity and a hands-on attitude, with energy to build processes in a scaling environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling people’s information.
