About the role

  • Support and assist our insurance partner in the non-life (property and casualty) sector
  • Accompany field sales representatives on customer visits
  • Organize training sessions and product information meetings
  • Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with business partners
  • Participate in risk selection/underwriting
  • Achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Completed professional training in the insurance industry with several years of sales/field sales experience
  • Federal SME Certificate in the insurance industry (KMU Eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent continuing education
  • Ability to work independently, confident user of Microsoft Office, flexible, sales- and customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English and French skills are an advantage
  • Practical experience in commercial/corporate insurance (excluding occupational pension/BVG)
