About the role
- Support and assist our insurance partner in the non-life (property and casualty) sector
- Accompany field sales representatives on customer visits
- Organize training sessions and product information meetings
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
- Develop and strengthen relationships with business partners
- Participate in risk selection/underwriting
- Achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Completed professional training in the insurance industry with several years of sales/field sales experience
- Federal SME Certificate in the insurance industry (KMU Eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent continuing education
- Ability to work independently, confident user of Microsoft Office, flexible, sales- and customer-oriented attitude
- Team player
- Excellent written and spoken German; English and French skills are an advantage
- Practical experience in commercial/corporate insurance (excluding occupational pension/BVG)
