About the role
- Draft and publish job postings in line with the agreed strategy
- Manage the receipt and processing of applications
- Pre-screen candidates
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates (in-person, Teams, phone)
- Select the final candidate in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Manage salary negotiations
- Close recruitments (provide feedback to candidates)
- Perform sourcing on request
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of IT roles and interest in other support functions
- Ability to work with large volumes of candidates
- Capacity to quickly identify and qualify profiles
- Native French speaker; ideally strong knowledge of German and/or English
- Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, job boards, ATS, and professional social networks)
- Mastery of sourcing techniques
