About the role
- You convey a positive and welcoming image of Vaudoise
- You inform customers by phone, email, or chat about Vaudoise’s and our partners’ assistance and insurance services
- You support online customers (motor vehicle policies, customer portal, etc.)
- You answer calls from Vaudoise agencies
- You coordinate customer inquiries with the relevant contacts
- You act as the first point of contact for customer support
Requirements
- Swiss Federal VET Certificate (EBA) or Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a commercial/administrative field
- Initial successful experience in a comparable role
- Swiss German as native language
- Very good knowledge of French
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry (advantage)
