About the role

  • Provide support and assistance to our demanding insurance brokers
  • Support our broker account managers, primarily in the corporate segment
  • Prepare quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life personal insurance area (KTG/UVG - daily sickness benefit / accident insurance)
  • Policy maintenance, renewals and processing of policy adjustments/restructurings
  • Premium accounting and handling of related correspondence
  • Assist brokers and customers by phone
  • Participate in projects
  • Provide specialist support to customer support in all non-life insurance lines

Requirements

  • Completed training in the insurance industry and VBV; Swiss federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • French and English are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility
  • Sales- and customer-oriented
