About the role
- Provide support and assistance to our demanding insurance brokers
- Support our broker account managers, primarily in the corporate segment
- Prepare quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life personal insurance area (KTG/UVG - daily sickness benefit / accident insurance)
- Policy maintenance, renewals and processing of policy adjustments/restructurings
- Premium accounting and handling of related correspondence
- Assist brokers and customers by phone
- Participate in projects
- Provide specialist support to customer support in all non-life insurance lines
Requirements
- Completed training in the insurance industry and VBV; Swiss federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German
- French and English are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and flexibility
- Sales- and customer-oriented
