About the role
- Actively participate in various HR projects
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes
- Support the optimization of HRIS operations
- Provide ongoing operational support for HR systems and processes
- Prepare regular project progress reports
- Handle routine requests from HR and business teams
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain and enhance HR reports and dashboards
- Draft and keep procedures and documentation up to date
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Interest in HR, innovation, and digital tools
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in French and ideally in English
- Enjoys working in a team.
