About the role

  • Actively participate in various HR projects
  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes
  • Support the optimization of HRIS operations
  • Provide ongoing operational support for HR systems and processes
  • Prepare regular project progress reports
  • Handle routine requests from HR and business teams
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain and enhance HR reports and dashboards
  • Draft and keep procedures and documentation up to date
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an academic program closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Interest in HR, innovation, and digital tools
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills in French and ideally in English
  • Enjoys working in a team.
