About the role
- Preparing quotations for non-life insurance and private pension products
- Opening claims and handling minor claims
- Actively collaborating with our field sales representatives
- Direct customer contact by phone and at the service counter
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training in the insurance sector and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., Fachausweis/professional diploma) is an advantage
- Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working approach
- Independent, reliable and composed personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
