About the role

  • Visit, advise, and support seriously injured individuals and our clients within the framework of accident insurance under the UVG
  • Coordinate complex insurance cases that require managing the vocational and social reintegration of the injured person
  • Conduct status meetings and assessments with insured persons and clients on site
  • Maintain proactive contact with the various stakeholders (insured persons, employers, physicians, IV [Swiss disability insurance], etc.) and coordinate measures aimed at achieving a win‑win outcome for all parties
  • Collaborate with external partners in the implementation of reintegration measures
  • Negotiate with lawyers, companies, insured persons and/or insurers
  • Conduct visits related to pension reviews and general UVG assessments

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in accident insurance or proven experience in personal/social insurance
  • Completed legal training and/or Federal Specialist Certificate in Insurance (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) with broad legal knowledge
  • Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Case Management is an advantage
  • German as a native language; knowledge of a second Swiss national language is an advantage
  • Proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office)
