About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, particularly related to healthcare data analytics.
- Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform solution design and performance improvements.
- Lead and support the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Partner with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and customize solutions aligned with their goals and operational workflows.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization to enhance client satisfaction and maximize value delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 yrs experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
- Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
