About the role
- Take full ownership of performance outcomes on specific projects.
- Act as a strategic growth driver by identifying high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, offer, and structure.
- Partner with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions and lead end-to-end media operations.
- Identify gaps in account structure, test process, targeting, placements, bid strategies.
- Research the market, product, and competition.
- Create comprehensive performance tracking using advanced Google Sheets capabilities.
- Optimize testing architecture by building efficient structures for testing campaigns.
- Monitor, trim, scale, add ads, and rotate past performers in campaign management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience working with DTC brands as a media buyer.
- Strong work ethics.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong media buying skills.
- Project management abilities.
- Project coordination skills.
