About the role

  • Build long-term customer relationships for the implementation and consulting of Siemens PDM/PLM solutions within your sales territory in NRW and Northern Germany
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to create tailored proposals
  • Work together with our consultants to convince users, procurement teams and managers of our added value as a Siemens Expert Partner for the customization and configuration of Siemens PLM software solutions
  • Take full revenue responsibility for your sales territory
  • Understand our customers' needs holistically, identify cross-selling opportunities and develop comprehensive, one-stop solutions beyond the CAD/PLM scope that deliver real value to our customers
  • Conduct professional contract negotiations and benefit from internal and external training and development opportunities
  • Keep track of relevant industry developments and maintain regular exchange with colleagues about product updates and bespoke solutions

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in a technical or commercial field
  • Several years of sales or consulting experience with complex software solutions such as PDM, PLM or CAD systems
  • Proven track record in acquisition and negotiation via common channels (phone, video, on-site visits)
  • Hands-on experience with Product Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management systems is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills are mandatory; English skills are a plus
