Account Manager

• You manage a defined portfolio of small and medium-sized existing customers and serve as their central point of contact for all questions related to the software solutions in use
• Together with your customers, you analyze their current software landscape during product changes, assess future requirements and develop appropriate migration and upgrade strategies
• Through individual consulting you develop upgrade and migration concepts and provide advisory support during transitions to new systems
• You analyze your customers’ existing software landscape, derive suitable solution recommendations and identify potential for complementary products and further developments
• You proactively expand existing customer relationships and develop measures to renew expiring subscriptions
• You create forecasts, plan follow-ups and coordinate your customer activities so that upcoming renewals, advisory meetings and follow-up tasks are implemented in a timely manner
• You represent the company at customer events, trade shows and other events, maintain existing contacts and continuously expand your network
