About the role

  • Build long-term customer relationships for the implementation and consulting of Siemens PDM/PLM solutions within your sales territory in NRW/Northern Germany
  • Identify customer needs and potential, and develop tailored proposals
  • Together with our consultants, convince end users, procurement and managers of our added value as a Siemens Expert Partner for custom adaptation and configuration of Siemens PLM software solutions
  • Take independent revenue responsibility for your sales territory
  • Understand our customers' needs holistically, identify cross-selling opportunities and develop one-stop solutions beyond the CAD/PLM area that provide real added value
  • Conduct professional contract negotiations and benefit from internal and external training and development opportunities
  • Keep track of relevant industry developments and maintain regular communication with colleagues about product updates and bespoke solutions

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in a technical or commercial/business field
  • Several years of sales or consulting experience with complex software solutions such as PDM, PLM or CAD systems
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiations through common channels such as telephone, video calls or on-site visits
  • Hands-on experience with Product Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management systems is a plus
  • Excellent German language skills are required; English skills are an advantage
