• Take responsibility for local P&L structures, comment on results and derive targeted improvement opportunities
• Bring your experience to continuously develop the Accounting and Finance department
• Ensure correct accounting in accordance with HGB and guarantee the timely preparation and submission of financial reporting to the parent company in line with IFRS
• Provide reliable decision support for management through tailored management reporting, solid analyses and precise KPI reporting
• Manage all financial matters and monitor net financial positions
• Support the annual financial statement under HGB together with external advisors
• Work closely with the international group and actively shape group-wide finance and transformation projects

• Manage and develop clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the primary point of contact for our entire product portfolio
• Identify potential new and target customers and continuously monitor the market and our competitors
• Coordinate closely with your presales colleagues in the relevant specialist areas to convincingly present our products to customers
• As the interface to our customers, actively contribute to shaping our strategic market direction in collaboration with our consultants and executive management
• Understand the needs of our customers holistically, identify cross‑selling opportunities and develop one‑stop solutions that deliver genuine added value
• Delight customers by addressing their individual requirements and offering tailored solutions together with our technical consultants and presales
• Strengthen customer relationships through continuous support and thereby assist in expanding existing customer projects
• Regularly exchange information with Account Managers from other business units about customers and joint projects

Key Account Manager, IT Solutions

• Build long-term customer relationships for the implementation and consulting of Siemens PDM/PLM solutions within your sales territory in NRW/Northern Germany
• Identify customer needs and potential, and develop tailored proposals
• Together with our consultants, convince end users, procurement and managers of our added value as a Siemens Expert Partner for custom adaptation and configuration of Siemens PLM software solutions
• Take independent revenue responsibility for your sales territory
• Understand our customers' needs holistically, identify cross-selling opportunities and develop one-stop solutions beyond the CAD/PLM area that provide real added value
• Conduct professional contract negotiations and benefit from internal and external training and development opportunities
• Keep track of relevant industry developments and maintain regular communication with colleagues about product updates and bespoke solutions
