About the role
- Lead and directly manage 7 GTM recruiters.
- Partner with Vanta’s GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
- Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.
- Diagnose and solve problems or bottlenecks in the hiring funnels with your team.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.
- Manage a small req load (likely focused on key GTM leadership hires).
Requirements
- 8+ years of business recruiting experience with most recent 4+ years being in people management.
- Prior experience working in both a start-up and larger scaled environment.
- Expertise and exposure in a wide variety of GTM areas
- Strong data and metrics driven mindset.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
