About the role
- Own the design, business case development, and strategic planning for major GTM initiatives
- Support annual and long-term GTM planning exercises
- Build repeatable frameworks and strategic tools to improve decision-making
- Act as a thought partner to GTM leadership on strategic questions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles
- Deep understanding of go-to-market functions, sales models, and revenue operations, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience designing and launching strategic initiatives such as new market entry, channel strategies, or new GTM motions
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
