About the role
- Design and maintain a clear, end-to-end education journey for upmarket and enterprise customers, aligned to onboarding, expansion, and long-term success.
- Define what “great” education looks like for this segment and translate that into repeatable programs and assets.
- Establish success metrics to measure the impact of education on adoption, confidence, and customer outcomes.
- Develop and maintain educational content tailored to mid-market and enterprise needs, including linear learning courses, live and virtual training sessions, and technical and product-focused articles.
- Ensure content is practical, outcome-oriented, and reflects real customer workflows and use cases.
- Continuously iterate on content based on customer feedback, product changes, and support insights.
- Plan and deliver custom training sessions for Vanta’s premium support and strategic customers.
- Facilitate live training with confidence and clarity for technical and executive audiences.
- Adapt training in real time based on customer maturity, risk profile, and goals.
- Identify gaps in educational resources and spot recurring customer challenges and opportunities for enablement.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in Upmarket Customer Education, and/or Customer Success, Enablement, or Training
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products.
- Proven track record of owning complex, strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes independently.
- Strong program management skills, able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders.
- Ability to balance customer empathy with business and scalability considerations.
- Comfortable presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions.
- Nice to have: Background in technical training, compliance, or risk-related domains.
- Experience building education programs from scratch or significantly scaling an existing one.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
