About the role

  • Design, launch, facilitate, and continuously evolve Vanta’s manager development programs, including core curriculum, learning journeys, and cohort based experiences.
  • Build just in time learning tools such as playbooks, guides, micro learning modules, and templates that help managers navigate real, day to day leadership challenges.
  • Incorporate AI driven solutions such as AI coaching, adaptive learning, and conversational tools to scale leadership development, while supporting managers in adopting effective leadership practices for the era of AI.
  • Partner closely with GTM Enablement, EPD Enablement, and People Business Partners to align on shared leadership capabilities, program strategies, and best practices across the company.
  • Create and maintain frameworks for assessing program effectiveness, including KPIs, behavioral outcomes, feedback loops, and data driven insights.
  • Use data and learner feedback to iterate and improve leadership programs, ensuring they remain relevant, scalable, and impactful.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership discussions that reinforce key development topics and build a strong culture of effective management.
  • Be ready to jump in and support other facets within our growing team to support a comprehensive enablement ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling manager or leadership development programs in a high growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning modalities.
  • Experience leveraging digital learning tools to enhance or automate learning experiences.
  • Ability to apply data and feedback to evaluate program impact and make informed improvements.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver in a fast moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Business or related field
  • Preferred: Certifications such as Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, DISC, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, Prosci or related discipline
