About the role
- Support customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Respond to inquiries by phone and email
- Receive and manage telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claims
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process, track and coordinate timely handling of requests, including telephone and written feedback
- Provide product and service information via phone and email/ticketing system
- Generate sales leads and encourage positive reviews
- Prepare quotes and leasing orders
- Escalate product and service issues to the appropriate department
- Process optimization and continuous improvement are always welcome
Requirements
- Experience in customer support/telephone service desirable
- Excellent customer skills; strong empathy and integrity
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Confident and proactive in your work and able to handle issues effectively
- Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs and requests
- Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable interacting with customers by phone and email
- Native-level Dutch; ideally also able to communicate in German and/or English
