About the role

  • Support customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Respond to inquiries by phone and email
  • Receive and manage telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claims
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process, track and coordinate timely handling of requests, including telephone and written feedback
  • Provide product and service information via phone and email/ticketing system
  • Generate sales leads and encourage positive reviews
  • Prepare quotes and leasing orders
  • Escalate product and service issues to the appropriate department
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement are always welcome

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support/telephone service desirable
  • Excellent customer skills; strong empathy and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Confident and proactive in your work and able to handle issues effectively
  • Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs and requests
  • Proficient with MS Office and/or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable interacting with customers by phone and email
  • Native-level Dutch; ideally also able to communicate in German and/or English
