• As a customer service / call center representative for the Dutch market, you will support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Answer all their questions by phone and email
• Receive and handle telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claims
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process, track and coordinate the timely handling of inquiries, and provide responses by phone and in writing
• Advise customers and provide product and service information via phone and email/ticketing system
• Generate sales leads and encourage positive reviews
• Prepare quotes and leasing orders
• Escalate product and service issues to the appropriate department
• Process optimization and continuous improvement are always welcome
