E-commerce Customer Service, Dutch Speaker
VanSprintCustomer Service Representative for Dutch-speaking customers assisting inquiries from the Netherlands and Belgium. Providing support through phone and email while maintaining customer relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a customer service / call center representative for the Dutch market, you will support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Answer all their questions by phone and email
- Receive and handle telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claims
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process, track and coordinate the timely handling of inquiries, and provide responses by phone and in writing
- Advise customers and provide product and service information via phone and email/ticketing system
- Generate sales leads and encourage positive reviews
- Prepare quotes and leasing orders
- Escalate product and service issues to the appropriate department
- Process optimization and continuous improvement are always welcome
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer support / telephone service is desirable
- Excellent customer skills; you have strong empathy and integrity
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- You are confident and proactive in your work and can handle problems well
- Customer-oriented and responsive to customers' needs and requests
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
- Native-level Dutch; ideally also able to communicate in German and/or English
