About the role
- You are responsible for the partner network in the Netherlands/Belgium.
- The first point of contact for our retail partners (both Sales and Service) as well as the sales representatives in the field.
- Resolve escalations in a creative and timely manner.
- Lead continuous improvements to keep the partner network happy and moving.
- Build, maintain and expand relationships with our partners.
- Work on understanding the technicalities of our bikes.
- Find and onboard new partners, handling administrative tasks and supporting partners where needed.
- Closely working with Support, Operations and your Sales team to support partners with all kinds of requests.
- Visit partners when needed, approx 1 day/week.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in commercial roles (B2B).
- Proven track record in customer facing problem solving.
- Business/entrepreneurial mindset to go the extra mile.
- Passion and curiosity for e-bike industry.
- Proactive team player and good communicator.
- Ability to hit the ground running from day one.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have a driver's licence.
