Account Manager

• You are responsible for the partner network in the Netherlands/Belgium.
• The first point of contact for our retail partners (both Sales and Service) as well as the sales representatives in the field.
• Resolve escalations in a creative and timely manner.
• Lead continuous improvements to keep the partner network happy and moving.
• Build, maintain and expand relationships with our partners.
• Work on understanding the technicalities of our bikes.
• Find and onboard new partners, handling administrative tasks and supporting partners where needed.
• Closely working with Support, Operations and your Sales team to support partners with all kinds of requests.
• Visit partners when needed, approx 1 day/week.
