About the role
- Partners with business leaders to shape and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Leads the implementation of HR initiatives and serves as a liaison to HR centers of excellence.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, advocating for the HR agenda.
- Applies data and insights to strengthen HR effectiveness.
- Partners with leaders in the business to embed and operationalize Vanguard’s Culture Pillars.
- Provides day-to-day advice and coaching to leaders and crew on Human Resources policies.
Requirements
- Five years related work experience
- At least two years Human Resources experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience partnering with business leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change
- Ability to apply data and insights to inform decisions
- Must be able to work EST hours
