Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding
  • Experience managing recruiting operations, compliance, and onboarding processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop recruiting teams
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools like Workday, Tableau, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Neuron
  • Ability to drive strategic recruiting initiatives and continuous process improvement.
