About the role
- Inspire a recruiting team that attracts talent for Vanguard’s long-term investor success
- Translate Vanguard’s shared purpose into talent acquisition practices
- Lead entry- and mid-level hiring across assigned division
- Partner closely with business leaders
- Ensure recruiting resources are deployed effectively
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for guidance and motivation
- Develop and implement recruiting best practices
- Partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies
- Monitor recruiting capacity and workload distribution
Requirements
- Five or more years of related professional experience, including at least three years of recruiting experience
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding
- Experience managing recruiting operations, compliance, and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop recruiting teams
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools like Workday, Tableau, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Neuron
- Ability to drive strategic recruiting initiatives and continuous process improvement.
