About the role

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Dallas Executive Team and HNW leadership
  • Translate strategic priorities into clearly scoped programs with defined objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reporting
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate
  • Establish and manage governance structures for executive‑sponsored initiatives
  • Prepare high‑quality executive materials that enable timely and informed decision‑making
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across business, functional, and regional partners
  • Partner with HNW leadership to execute initiatives tied to growth, client experience, advisor enablement, talent outcomes, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related work experience
  • Two years of managing a project preferred
  • Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
