About the role
- Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products or one strategic technical product
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices
- Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings
- Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner
- Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products
- Employs qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience
- Participates in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities
- Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment
- May manage the work of Associate Product Managers
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Proven related work experience
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
