About the role
- Digital journey development: Design and launch integrated digital experiences for financial advisors in partnership with your aligned Client Journey Management team.
- Build and deploy trigger-based, always-on digital journeys using Marketo.
- Create personalized landing pages and integrate them into journey strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to develop scalable, personalized digital assets.
- Manage end-to-end journey execution, including email deployment, QA, and compliance submissions.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments, applying insights to improve future strategies.
- Monitor journey performance, prepare review materials, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data analysts to inform next-best-action strategies and personalization.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong experience with Marketo preferred.
- Required experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated AI expertise and ability to apply it in workflows.
- Skilled in persuasion and influence, confident presenting recommendations.
- Proven experience in A/B testing and experimentation to drive insights and optimize tactics.
- Creative thinker who drives innovation and sets strategic direction.
- Highly collaborative
