About the role

  • Two-year Technology Leadership Program in the Technology Operations track consisting of three, eight-month rotations.
  • Build and manage effective operations and systems that allow Vanguard to perform internally and externally at its best.
  • Support achieving client outcomes and giving investors the best chance at investment success.
  • Gain hands-on experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and automation.
  • Practice Agile & LEAN methodologies and participate in technical capstones and hackathons.
  • Share insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, supportive environments.
  • Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers and receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
  • Balance technical and non-technical work (program committees, internship support, development of peers).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject required.
  • Strong interest in networks, platform engineering, and operations.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations.
  • Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a team-oriented environment.
  • Graduating December 2025 or Spring 2026 (program begins in 2026).
