About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients as primary point of contact
  • Oversee the end-to-end drawdown process in coordination with credit, risk, and operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Vane’s financing solutions with client needs
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expanded facilities
  • Support selected strategic partnerships and partner-led deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and reporting
  • Represent Vane with clients, partners, and at industry events

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in B2B sales or client-facing commercial roles
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or tech-enabled industries preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships
  • Strong consultative selling, organisational, and communication skills
  • Tech affinity as the role works closely with the product, tech, and credit teams on product enhancements and feature updates
  • Comfortable working across European and US markets
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
