About the role

  • Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) across the organization
  • Conduct internal audits and support both internal and external audits
  • Work with other departments to achieve Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy objectives
  • Manage competencies and training systems related to HSEC
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and analyze stakeholder requirements in HSEC

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, with at least three specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position
  • Additional Training: Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. Experience in management system audits. Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (advanced)
  • IT Skills: Advanced in Office 365 SAP, Outlook, Teams
  • Other Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills
