Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required
1–3+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience in enterprise or research environments is required
Direct experience training and tuning foundation models is required
Practical expertise integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs is required
Expert-level Python proficiency is required
Strong software engineering capability is required
Experience building secure data and model pipelines is required
Ability to design and execute end-to-end experiments is required
Strong technical communication skills is required
Knowledge of large-scale data systems or distributed computing is preferred
Experience with agentic AI systems is preferred
Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance is strongly preferred
