Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required
- 1–3+ years of hands-on AI engineering experience in enterprise or research environments is required
- Direct experience training and tuning foundation models is required
- Practical expertise integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs is required
- Expert-level Python proficiency is required
- Strong software engineering capability is required
- Experience building secure data and model pipelines is required
- Ability to design and execute end-to-end experiments is required
- Strong technical communication skills is required
- Knowledge of large-scale data systems or distributed computing is preferred
- Experience with agentic AI systems is preferred
- Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance is strongly preferred
