About the role
- Develop and structure processes for the new multi-family housing (MFH) business line
- Responsible for the operational implementation of large-scale heat pump projects
- Establish and lead a dedicated team
- B2B account management with key accounts
- On-site quality assurance through construction site visits
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering/TGA, Energy Engineering) or qualification as a technician
- At least 3 years of professional experience coordinating larger B2B projects
- Comfortable with budget responsibility
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 1–2 times per month)
- Strong self-initiative and negotiation skills
