About the role
- Build and further develop cost and performance accounting: You will establish the foundation for modern controlling—transparent, structured, and decision-relevant.
- Preparation of forecasts, scenarios and financial analyses: You will develop reliable forecasts and scenarios and produce meaningful reports and analyses to guide the company.
- Creation and review of outgoing invoices (billing): You are responsible for accurate, timely invoicing of our services/products, including data maintenance, price and terms checks, and issuing invoices in the ERP system.
- Handling credit notes and automated billing processes (self-billing): You process and review credit notes independently and ensure the smooth operation of automated billing workflows, including coordination with internal interfaces and external partners.
- Support for closings as well as planning and control: You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings together with tax advisors/auditors and contribute to budget and financial planning.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and solid knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical aptitude
- Proficient in MS Excel and common MS Office applications; experience with Business Central is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German and a structured, independent working style
