About the role

  • Identification and qualification of new potential customers through structured outbound outreach
  • Taking ownership of qualified opportunities in the sales process
  • Active pipeline management including maintenance, prioritization and realistic forecasting
  • Preparing deals for sales management

Requirements

  • Degree in business or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes, deal structures and decision-making paths
  • Structured, data-driven working style
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Team player who takes responsibility and supports others
  • Excellent German and English skills
