About the role
- Identification and qualification of new potential customers through structured outbound outreach
- Taking ownership of qualified opportunities in the sales process
- Active pipeline management including maintenance, prioritization and realistic forecasting
- Preparing deals for sales management
- Supporting sales management in ongoing sales processes
- Close collaboration with SDRs, Solution Consultants and Marketing
- Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system
Requirements
- Degree in business or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong understanding of complex sales processes, deal structures and decision-making paths
- Structured, data-driven working style
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Team player who takes responsibility and supports others
- Excellent German and English skills
