About the role

  • You actively generate new potential customers through prospecting, cold outreach and networking
  • You own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through to contract closing
  • You present our SaaS solution persuasively and demonstrate the value it delivers for potential customers' business goals
  • You consistently build relationships with decision-makers and are able to communicate at C-level
  • You work closely with our Solution Consultants to ensure a seamless and successful sales process
  • You consistently meet and exceed your sales targets and actively contribute to company growth
  • You maintain and update sales data and reports in the CRM system

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business or have an equivalent qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • You can demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • You possess excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • You quickly grasp complex SaaS solutions and can convincingly articulate their value to customers
  • You are familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot and use them efficiently
  • You are a self-motivated team player who enjoys achieving results and closing deals
  • You are willing to work remotely and to travel as required
  • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
