About the role
- You actively generate new potential customers through prospecting, cold outreach and networking
- You own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation through to contract closing
- You present our SaaS solution persuasively and demonstrate the value it delivers for potential customers' business goals
- You consistently build relationships with decision-makers and are able to communicate at C-level
- You work closely with our Solution Consultants to ensure a seamless and successful sales process
- You consistently meet and exceed your sales targets and actively contribute to company growth
- You maintain and update sales data and reports in the CRM system
Requirements
- You hold a degree in business or have an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- You can demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- You possess excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- You quickly grasp complex SaaS solutions and can convincingly articulate their value to customers
- You are familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot and use them efficiently
- You are a self-motivated team player who enjoys achieving results and closing deals
- You are willing to work remotely and to travel as required
- Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
