About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Retail Independent Community and LTC Closed-Door Pharmacy
  • Responsible for growing sales, strengthening relationships, and helping customers improve profitability
  • Driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and expansion of existing accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy customers
  • Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews, and strategic discussions

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence using phone, email, and technology tools to manage customer relationships
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
