About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Retail Independent Community and LTC Closed-Door Pharmacy
- Responsible for growing sales, strengthening relationships, and helping customers improve profitability
- Driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and expansion of existing accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy customers
- Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Tailoring solutions to meet each customer’s needs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Analyzing territory and customer sales trends, understanding competitive dynamics
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven, expert-level customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence using phone, email, and technology tools to manage customer relationships
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
