• The ideal candidate has a strong background in PHP and eCommerce, with a passion for building scalable and high-performance e-commerce solutions.
• You will thrive in this role if you are a curious problem solver who challenges the status quo, a collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing, excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data, and experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus).

QA Automation

• Participate in business requirements definition and clarify acceptance criteria
• Design and execute test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
• Estimate QA effort for user stories and projects

• Identify, report, and provide context for defects and incidents across environments
• Validate performance, availability, and responsive design requirements
• Support feature workflows and perform sign-off across multiple environments
• Contribute to project health reporting and support KPI definition
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Collaborate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities
• Share knowledge within the team and support the development of less senior team members

Payroll

• Support the end-to-end US payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution for employees and contractors.
• Manage payroll inputs, audit data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, support tax and compliance requirements.
• Partner closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams across the region.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve errors, and implement corrective measures.
• Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership as required.
