About the role
- Support the end-to-end US payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution for employees and contractors.
- Manage payroll inputs, audit data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, support tax and compliance requirements.
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams across the region.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve errors, and implement corrective measures.
- Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership as required.
Requirements
- Experience in US payroll of at least +3 or +5 years
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of US federal & state payroll regulations
- Experience with payroll systems (Dayforce/ADP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working independently with tight deadlines
