About the role
- Participate in business requirements definition and clarify acceptance criteria
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
- Estimate QA effort for user stories and projects
- Perform different types of testing, including: Functional and non-functional testing, Regression testing, Black-box and White-box testing
- Identify, report, and provide context for defects and incidents across environments
- Validate performance, availability, and responsive design requirements
- Support feature workflows and perform sign-off across multiple environments
- Contribute to project health reporting and support KPI definition
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Collaborate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities
- Share knowledge within the team and support the development of less senior team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a QA Automation
- Hands-on experience creating test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile team ceremonies
- Experience using QA or project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
- Experience testing functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience testing mobile applications using emulators or cloud-based tools
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level
