About the role

  • Provide structure, leadership, and operational excellence across complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
  • Lead integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative.
  • Manage program level projects with competing priorities while maintaining momentum, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans that align practice teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Enable project teams to deliver best-in-class work by providing clarity, structure, and strong delivery leadership.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
  • Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into executable, results-driven project plans.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
  • Experience contributing to or leading process improvements for project management teams.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience managing a team of project managers with the ability to motivate project teams.
