About the role
- Own the day-to-day technical delivery of client engagements.
- Design and validate scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, platform capabilities, and client goals.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance during development, integration, and deployment phases.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support solutioning and estimation during pre-sales and proposal development.
- Mentor junior engineers and developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and best practice documentation.
- Support team readiness through informal learning and guidance.
- Maintain a minimum of 85% individual billable utilization.
- Deliver solutions that meet architectural standards, performance benchmarks, and client expectations.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal technical debt.
- Contribute to team growth through active mentorship and technical leadership.
- Participate in technical solutioning for sales pursuits and proposals as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture, preferably in a consulting or systems integration environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern development frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and integration patterns.
- Experience delivering complex digital solutions in commerce, content, or customer experience domains.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English level.
